Harry Dorgu
He is a TV production entrepreneur, who started off from Nigeria’s hottest sitcom “Everyday People” and from then on, he has worked on top TV shows. The Apprentice Africa, Moments With MO, Project Fame, MTN Family Game Show, the Famous children show Sesame Street “Sesame Square Nigeria” and played the of Cookie monster. Harry currently works on the hit Soap TINSEL as one of its directors.
Here are few of Harry’s Directing accomplishments. Currently working on TINSEL, worked on the Ndani teenage series SCHOOLED, He also worked on the FARMHOUSE a RockSack production, I also directed the amazing series MAFIALLIANCE. Not forgetting the series, THE STATION.
Harry, also being a talented actor has stared in some short films and Drama series like “The Station, One For the Road, Half Full Half Empty, All Sorts Of trouble, The Maze, One Chance, Room313 and the hit drama series DOWRY and JEMEJI.
As a production person he has worked on both sides of the coin as a crew and cast member. So, he is well grounded in all areas of production.
Ikechukwu Anthony Ubaka
He is professionally known as Iyke U Anthoni is an accredited and certified film director and screenwriter. He studied Theatre Arts from Delta State University, he is a member of Directors Guild of Nigeria.
His Directorial debut was Lie Are Beautiful, although he is largely influenced by Kunle Afolayan and Desmond Elliott, his style is atypical, he believes movements are reflective of emotions and should be mirrored by the camera, since it’s only what and how the camera tells emotions, the audience believe, plus it vamps performance to the next notch.
His other works as a prolific Screenwriter and Director include Heart of Rose, Ellipsis, Mafialliance, Unwanted Visitor, Broken Path, Black December and Mr. Wonderful to mention a few.
Olusola Roberts
He is a prolific actor with over 80 stage performances under his belt. His work includes the Tarzan Monologues Vs Vagina monologues, Jero plays, Beatification of an Area Boy under the tutelage of practitioners of repute including Professor Wole Soyinka, Wole Oguntokun and Papi Ben Tomoloju to mention a few.
He has also produced, directed and acted in several stage performances: PEPPERSOUP, THAT SCOUNDREL SUBERU, FOR THE LOVE OF COUNTRY, among many others.
He was a Set Dresser for Africa Magic Original Films (AMOF), creating sets for over 40 television films. He also worked on several projects as Assistant Director and Producer, learning the ropes on international projects such as MTV SHUGA 2 & 4, and Emerald. In 2020 he won the AMVCA Award as Best Art Director for the movie, “Ratnik”.
As a Director he has worked on varied projects. Reality shows like ‘Looking For Love’, Googlebox for MTV staying alive foundation and even music videos like Lisa Viola’s “Lagos”.
His most recent feature film is “THE MANTLE” and he is currently a Director on THE JOHNSONS’, Nigeria’s number one family soap.
Wale Olowolafe
He is a Cinematographer and Film Editor. A graduate of Mathematics Education. He started is film career in 2006 when he acted in a movie. Wale learnt camera operation as an apprentice over 16 years ago (2007) and shot his first film that same year. He launched into editing in 2010 after he shot a movie in OAU, Ile Ife.
He worked with Ebony Life TV between 2015 – 2019 as a film editor. Wale has attended several film schools and festivals; and has also shot and edited number of films. He has taught editing and cinematography online and physically in many places.
