Oluseyi Emmanuel

Oluseyi popular called PS is the founder of Newbreed School of Art. Prior to founding NBSA, he started his career professionally over 2 decades ago with MUSON Festival. He decided to carve a niche for himself in the creative industry and has since featured in TV, Radio and Stage productions as an actor, Stage Manager, Producer and Director for works like Zenith (AIT Production), Naruna’s Nadir (Radio), Jankariwo, Asylum Seekers, Shylock, Amaniba, Digging for Gold, The Sisters, Vagina Monologues, London Life Lagos Living, Little Drops, The Wives, Love & Recession, Hear Word, The Agency, Mission to Mamuro, Tinsel to mention a few. 


He was stage manager for British Council Lagos Theatre Festival with 100 shows from 40 production companies. He was part of the Nigerian team to London Olympiad at the Theatre Royal Stratford East to stage manage the three Nigerian plays sponsored by the Bank of Industry – The King Must Dance Naked, Naming Ceremony and Lion and the Jewel. He has since produced and directed his own works and managed high flying shows in Nigeria.


He was trained in filmmaking with Del-York Creative Academy under the auspices of New-York filmmakers. He is also trained in filmmaking at the Independent Television Producers Association of Nigeria and a past member British Project Management (BPM). Oluseyi Emmanuel studied English Language, has a diploma in French language from the Nigerian French Language Village and a participatory certification in Deutch from Goethe Institut. He has worked on films like Conversation In Transit, The Cargo and Mafialliance (a tv series). He serves as content producer for CStv, Group 8 and Newbreed Studios.
